Yes. Cancel whenever you like — from your account settings for a web subscription, or from the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed there. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not refund the unused part of that period; refunds are separate, and covered below.

Can I get a refund?

If you subscribed on our website, yes — within 14 days of your payment you get a full refund, no reason needed, no questions about how much you used it. Email contact@tinypal.com from your account email and Paddle returns the money to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple and Google, so their refund rules apply and those requests go to them directly — we cannot process or decide those.
