1. Scope of the Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the TinyPal platform, including those referred to in the app as Parenting Goals and Learning Modules. By purchasing a Parenting Goal or Learning Module, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds are conditional upon your participation in a feedback call, during which we aim to understand your experience and improve our services.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, simply send a message to our WhatsApp business number: 7075056842. This number is also available within the TinyPal app for your convenience.
- By submitting a refund request via WhatsApp, you consent to TinyPal contacting you for a feedback call.
4. Refund Decision
- The full purchase amount will be refunded regardless of the feedback provided during the call.
- Feedback calls must be completed within 15 days of the refund request to process the refund.
5. Refund Timeline and Method
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the feedback call is completed.
- No cash refunds will be issued.
6. Post-Refund Access
Upon processing the refund, access to the purchased Parenting Goal or Learning Module will be permanently revoked. To regain access, the Parenting Goal or Learning Module must be repurchased.
7. Exclusions
- Refunds are only applicable to digital Parenting Goals or Learning Modules purchased directly from the TinyPal platform.
- Refunds for bundles or promotional packages are not provided on a partial basis.
8. Amendments to this Policy
TinyPal reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected in the updated version of this policy, available on our website.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
